How do AeroGardens work?
AeroGardens are designed to help you grow your own herbs, vegetables, salad greens or flowers at home. Our Seed Pod Kits are compatible with every model of AeroGarden. Planting with Seed Pods is fun and easy! Just insert the pre-seeded pods in your garden, add water, and the patented, specially formulated Liquid Nutrients. Most plants germinate within 7-14 days, are ready for harvesting in 4-6 weeks, and will keep producing continuous harvests for up to 6 months and longer. Indoor gardening can’t get any tastier or simpler!
How do I prune Lettuce/Salads?
Lettuce is one of the fastest-growing indoor crops and it's a staple. Who doesn't love to be healthy with delicious home-grown lettuce, or add a fresh leaf of romaine on their sandwich, or a salad of tasty arugula? And with AeroGarden, you can enjoy delicious Spring greens all throughout fall and winter! As a general rule, never prune more than ⅓ of any plant at once.
How long will it take my plants to germinate?
Different types of plants take different amounts of time to germinate and grow. In general, we’ve found these germination timeframes to be consistent:
- Flowers take about 7-12 days
- Salads: 5-8 days
- Herbs: 5-15 days
- Fruiting vegetables (such as tomatoes and peppers): 7-14 days
If any of your seed pods don’t germinate after 21 days, contact us so we can send out a replacement for you under our 100% germination guarantee.
How do I clean my AeroGarden before starting a new garden?
After each planting, we recommend cleaning and sanitizing your AeroGarden for the best results.

Very disappointed
My tomatoes have finally flowered so I opened up the box with my bee pollinator from aero garden and it was in two pieces. I figured it would be okay once I put it back together and added batteries but I was wrong. Doesn’t work and very disappointing. Called customer service and they said to email but they haven’t responded to the email I sent two months ago so I guess I won’t hold my breath. If someone can contact me from customer service that would be appreciated.

Waste of money
This is the third pollinator in our family. I just put batteries in the new one and it seems to work. My first one lasted about a month then quit. The second was purchased by my daughter and did not work out of the box, (yes, she put batteries in). We discovered that a used child's electric toothbrush works just fine and is much cheaper.

Stopped working
This product was good for less than 6 months until it stopped working for no reason. I replaced the batteries, but it didn’t help. I emailed customer service weeks and never received a response. This is not a good product. This company does not stand behind their product.

Useless Item
A waste of money. I tried to use it, but the tomato is so dense that I can’t even see all the blooms. I setup a small fan and have so many tomatoes it’s crazy.

Love this little guy. Besides being very cute he has helped me to pollinate my peppers like a pro. I have had so many flowers and more peppers then I will know what do with once they have matured. This little busy bee is a must for easy cross pollination that helps bring bug yields.

No Big Buzz
Ran out of pollen fast and the device does not always activate when you are trying to pollinate your flowers I had to touch the head of the pollinator just to get it to activate.

We were using a small makeup brush to pollinate but I got this for the kids. It seems to work pretty well you can see the pollen fly when you push the button. The kids love to help pollinate! We have probably a hundred tomatoes and counting. Thank you for the fun useful product

Bumper crop of tomatoes
I've grown tomatoes multiple times but this is the first time I've used this. I have more tomatoes on my plants than ever before. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that you have to constantly hold the button down while you are using it. A locking button would be very nice for when you need to twist and contort to get to the blossoms.

Get the Bee Pollinator, really!
The bee pollinator works great. Much easier than shaking the flowers or putting a fan on them to spread the pollen. Does a better job also. I used it on my cherry tomato plants.

Faulty
It wouldn't start then it did, then it stopped working now its a very slow vibrate not like the first time it was working. Used brand new duracel batteries - it may be faulty.
