How do I prune Lettuce/Salads?
Lettuce is one of the fastest-growing indoor crops and it's a staple. Who doesn't love to be healthy with delicious home-grown lettuce, or add a fresh leaf of romaine on their sandwich, or a salad of tasty arugula? And with AeroGarden, you can enjoy delicious Spring greens all throughout fall and winter!
How do AeroGardens work?
AeroGardens are designed to help you grow your own herbs, vegetables, salad greens or flowers at home. Our Seed Pod Kits are compatible with every model of AeroGarden. Planting with Seed Pods is fun and easy! Just insert the pre-seeded pods in your garden, add water, and the patented, specially formulated Liquid Nutrients. Most plants germinate within 7-14 days, are ready for harvesting in 4-6 weeks, and will keep producing continuous harvests for up to 6 months and longer. Indoor gardening can’t get any tastier or simpler!
How do I use the Grow Bowl (for Bounty Classic/Ultra/Extra)?
The Grow Bowl replaces the Grow Deck of your AeroGarden Ultra/Ultra LED/Bounty Classic/Bounty Elite Classic. The Grow Bowl is then filled with a “soil-less” Grow Media (we recommend chunk coconut fiber). Live plants such as strawberry crowns, bonsai, dwarf fruit, mini roses, and orchids are planted in the media. The customizable pump on your AeroGarden will activate at the programmed intervals to fill the Grow Bowl, watering the plants, and moistening the grow Media. After the watering cycle, the pump shuts off and the Grow Bowl drains, pulling oxygen into the media. This is ideal for plants, like strawberries and orchids, that love drier, well-drained soils.
How do I connect to WiFi?
You can connect your AeroGarden Bounty or Farm models to your wireless network and utilize the features on your garden when you’re not home, or simply in the other room. When connected to your wireless network, you can adjust your light timer, check the water level, and reset the plant food timer with the AeroGarden app.
- To connect to your WiFi, tap on the WiFi Icon on the garden.
- You will get the prompt to search for networks, select your network name (do not use the 5 Ghz network).
- Click next, then enter the password for your network. Be sure to include any capital letters or symbols that may be in your password.
- Tap “OK” and the garden will attempt to make the connection. If successful, you will get a message to get the scan code, which is used to link your AeroGarden to the app.

This is fun!!!!!!
I honestly never thought I'd see the day that I would enjoy gardening. We got an AeroGarden for Christmas, and 3 weeks later we bought another one. They are set up on a small shelving unit in the kitchen where we can enjoy them all day, every day.
We started harvesting lettuce within 3 weeks. We are now at 53 days, and our tomato garden has adorable little tomatoes. We like having fresh greens that we don't have to worry about who has been coughing on them or touching them. We don't have to suffer through heat, humidity, weeding, and bugs to enjoy our garden. The veggies are safe and delicious, but best of all, it's really fun watching our food grow.

Perfect for my gardening needs
I purchased this Bounty because it’s such a pretty color, and the features on this bounty are a great. The color touch screen makes it easy to keep up with the garden’s settings and controls. I also have Basic and Elite Bounties and if I were to buy more Bounty machines I would probably choose this one.

Empowering to Grow Your Own Food!
We love the garden! We are growing lettuce now on day 15 and it is so fun to watch the progression of the plants. My only ‘watch for’ would be that the lights are very bright so I’d say if you can put it in a separate room away from your living area that would be preferable. Already thinking about buying another one!

Bounty model without options
I purchased a bounty model with 9 seed holders thinking it was able to grow seeds in the spring the 24 seed model only to find out that on the paper work that came with my model lists Bounty Elite at the top of the paper we picked the black model since the color went best to where we were going to use it and now after ordering the seed going kit we find out we just have a bounty not an elite the lack of being able to speak to a customer rep is very difficult and listing different models without listing all the products available to that model is very disapointing We like what we grew in nthe herb packet and were just wanting to grow additional planrts for out spring garden but we can't with the model we bought

Bounty is the bomb!!!
I love my AeroGarden Bounty! I’ve had the Herb Garden planted for 52 days and have had to cut everything back at least 4 times so far. My freezer is happy with all the herbs I’ve frozen in ice cube trays and I had so much basil I’ve made pesto multiple times. If I didn’t think my dogs would try to eat all the veggies I’d buy the Farm Plus in a heartbeat!

Bad customer service
I received this beautiful AeroGarden as a birthday gift. I was so excited!!! I was followed for instructions how to set up. Everything looks like was ok, except the light. The light was never ON. I was trying many times to reach a customer service ( chatting, bc the phone service doesn’t work) to found out what was a problem, but after 5-10 minutes for waiting I was disconnected. I hope somebody will answer on my question.

Works Great!
This is the best invention ever! I don't worry about remembering anything as there is a reminder about adding plant food and it lets you know when it needs water. Other than that I just clip off lettuce when I want some. I'm still waiting for the cherry tomatoes but the plants look great so far.

Fresh herbs right at my fingertips!
The new AeroGardens are amazing. The plants are easy to start and they grow surprisingly quick. Within days, there were numerous sprouts and less than 30 days later, I have an entire garden with an abundance of fresh herbs produced daily, that I couldn't possibly use up all by myself! Not only is it a beautiful piece to look at, but it's also so very practical. After a few glitches, the AeroGarden team was able to help me connect my garden to my cell phone. Now I can view the status of my garden right on my phone! Absolutely love this product and the support team at AeroGarden.

My favorite!
I have 2 Harvests & Harvest 360. They are awesome but I needed this Bounty so I could try my hand at tomatoes and possibly eggplants. Easy setup at home but I had problems setting up the app. It was stuck on the verification screen and the email never arrived. I had to contact customer service and they were able to reset it quickly. I transferred the tomatoes and it was easy to setup the system to the correct dates. I love that the lights can be extended to 24". I currently have a couple Mighty Mini's in there and a Golden Harvest...can't wait until harvest time!

Thoughts - AeroGarden Bounty White
Works pretty good! If I had one thing to bicker about, it's that it's a bit pricey. But outside of that, works way better than the usual herb garden I put together with old school pots and soils. Back then it was scrambling for fresh herbs, now its scrambling for recipes to use all the herbs I have. Less gnats too!!!!

The Bounty works well for more variety of herbs. As has often been my experience, however, about 20 % of the seed pods don't germinate. It's frustrating, but the replacement policy without charge helps. This is the third AeroGarden we've purchased and each one works reliably when the pods do germinate.

Great product on its own
If you’re buying this for the WiFi connect-ability—go with a cheaper model, it’s not worth it. This AeroGarden is great on its own but no matter what you do you will not be able to get the app to work with your garden and that makes the whole point of it connecting to WiFi useless.

Outstanding Growth
I have 3 of the Bounty model. Lettuce (4 plants) to prevent crowding is producing faster than I can eat it. At 49 days, the cherry tomatoes (4 plants) are all blooming, one has several fruits. The herb garden did not get Dill as it grows too large. Would like cilantro.
I clean tanks, pumps and filters each month. Feeding is per recommendation by MG. I use Spring Water and plants are doing very well. A lot of pruning and eating keep growth contained.

A nice addition to my home
Love the Wifi feature. Lettuce came in quickly, though not sufficient for a salad for one yet. I think I will stick to flowers in the future. The price was a bit steep for the benefits though.

I LOVE MY AEROGARDEN
I started this AeroGarden process 42 days ago with just a Bounty... and 5 AeroGarden units later, I now own 2 bounties, a harvest elite slim, a harvest elite platinum and a basic harvest. I'm a newbie to hydroponics but I love all my units, even turned my sister into an AeroGardener!

Good product but with minor faults
Its been 3 months since we got this and it has been working great for us so far. All the seeds sown far have germinated and it has grown into a dense veggie garden pretty quick
The gardening tips shown at the display screen are very helpful for first time gardeners like us
The only con of this product so far, is that the water level sensor has stopped showing the correct water levels on the display screen panel

Exciting product!
Excited to use this! I've had my AeroGarden for about 8 weeks now. I LOVE being able to grow plants with minimal effort! I harvest lettuce almost daily for the past 4 weeks and I can honestly say it's very cost effective. It's amazing to pick a daily side salad for dinner. Not sure how much longer I can harvest but well worth the effort. I planted tomatoes in another AeroGarden and I'm still waiting to harvest those but they're doing very well so far. I'm considering buying another AeroGarden for herbs. Can't wait to try the southern greens!

Great product
I recieved this garden for christmas and love watching my herbs grow. I set it up 20 days ago and the herbs are thriving. I love that you can control what time the lights come on and the reminders. It is very bright so the dimmer light is also helpful. I am enjoying the aerogarder so much i bought 2 more so i could add tomatoes and greens. Customer service is very helpful if you have any questions.

Great machine low output
This was great at the beginning. however I never have harvested enough lettuce to make it worth the $ investment. When i rotate the crop maybe i will try other items. at best you get 1 salad every 4-5 days. if you plant all lettuce. The machine works great just not groth for a decent return on investment. I will say i was ll in at the beginning and almost purchased a large 24 fame unit. I decided to wait and see how the the little unit work first.
The machine is vey high quality and does what it says works great.

I want to love it but I don't
I wanted to love it. I get one harvest from the herbs that do grow (which for the second time now are only 5 out of the 9) and then they dry out and die. I've researched how to prune/cut them to keep them continuously grow and nada. Thyme, mint, and oregano just don't want to grow which I ended up buying more thinking I did something wrong the first time. Nope, not me.

Just died, and it won’t turn on.
It started beeping, and flashing, then died. I tried to replace with another I had purchases recently but not used yet. And that new one doesn’t turn on. I had just started a new garden as the lettuce had died. I tried other plugs, still no. I changed plugs with a harvest, harvest is fine, but bounty won’t turn on. I don’t understand.

Got for a Holiday Special Enjoying the INVESTMENT, Everyday have a little salad. I planted 2 arugula, 3 tomato, beet greens, parsley, dill FIRST TIMER, So CLEAN & fresh & crisp never had fresher arugula (add truffle oil, squirt of lemon, parmesan & lots of cracked ppr), So far soOO DELISH! Growing all year
This is a great way to keep fresh produce in the house. I have grown herbs, lettuce and tomatoes! This one, I have 3, have lettuce and cherry tomatoes. One of the others has lettuce. I also use one for my carnivorous plants!
I have already harvested romaine and it has regrown for a second harvest!

Just got this 4 days ago and set it up . It was so easy to set up and the digital display with set by set directions was awesome .it has only been four days and I already have seedlings . I am already planning for my next crop . I am going to start my tomatos and peppers for my spring garden

Beauty and function in one package
The guided setup went smoothly and I now have delicious fresh lettuce on hand at all times. The unit lives in the guest bathroom due to the brightness and duration of the lights so I can sleep at night but it's beautiful anyway. The aerovoir works great to minimize having to add water.
