The AeroGarden Farm Stacking System is a must-have for stacking your Farm 12 or Farm 24 model, including the Farm, Farm Plus or Farm XL. The kit allows you to create a beautiful living wall. Upward and onward! This accessory allows you to grow vertically, safely. Brackets securely attach to the wall to ensure that your gardens are stable and will stay in place. This stacking kit comes in black or white to attractively attach two AeroGarden Farm models vertically. Create your own vertical garden stack or chain of lush, full gardens that become the centerpiece of a room.
The trellis is an accessory that helps support medium and tall plants, such as tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant. Help your plants grow taller by supporting them before they develop heavy fruit. We have trellis systems available for Bounty and Farm models. For smaller gardens, like the Sprout and Harvest, try bamboo sticks, chopsticks or our Soft Ties to support your plants. Stick them down inside the grow pods next to the stem. Plants will grow up leaning into them or you can tie gently to the support. Early support can keep plants from collapsing under the weight of the fruit (tragic if it happens just before harvest).

Super disappointed
I bought my unit in November. One of the lights didn’t work which seems to be a theme with them. I waited months and just got my replacement lights. Now they both don’t work. They won’t lower or raise. So I now have a garden that cost a ton of money that doesn’t work. And trying to get through to customer service is a joke. I realize the world has changed and people need to work from home but phones are safe. There is no reason I should have to wait 7-10 days for a return email. I have no clue where to go from here. I recommend anyone who wants to grow a garden inside look at anything other than this product.

Healthy, but disappointed.
My garden seems to be growing well. However, upon assembling the unit I noticed it was defective. I am unable to lower one of the two lights using the touchscreen. I immediately contacted customer support and didn’t hear anything back for over a week. When I did, I was informed that they would send me a replacement hood; except it was out of stock. Over a month later and still no update. I was also told that I will keep the broken hood, giving me some ewaste to deal with.
I purchased the same unit for my mom and brother. Also referred a coworker. Sure hope they all have a better experience.

Largest AeroGarden ever
This is going to be awesome when it works correctly. I had an issue with the power supply housing causing the AeroGarden to shut off (short out) the light turns itself off. AeroGarden is sending me a new housing when they are back in stock so I assumed I am not the only one. The AeroGarden app is pretty cool as you can monitor the farm from anywhere giving you the status of the farm, log and various features that is not on the Garden. If the housing works I think I would give it a 5 star (and if my tomato & lettuce seeds are all germinated) honestly I am not going to call to replace 3 plants. You could but seems too much effort I was waiting for over 15 minutes just to talk to somebody about the housing. I still love my Areogarden this is our 3rd AeroGarden.

Do Not Buy!
I had been waiting a long time to purchase one of these Farm units. Was a big fan of the Harvest models and figured the highest-end model would be a step-up... I was very, very wrong. I wish the problem was the lights, or pump, or LCD, etc but I didn't even get that far. The unit arrived with broken pieces. That could be shipping issues. Fine. But on top of that, the assembly holes were misaligned so badly I would've broken the unit had I tried to actually finish assembling it. Atrocious build quality. And customer service didn't offer to replace broken parts, like they used to. No apologies, no attempts to make it right. Aerogarden used to have 10/10 customer service. What happened?

First impressions
It is designed for tall plants. Don’t buy it if you are just going to grow salads. Also, they supply pods for growing tomatoes or the taller plants but do not supply the covers for the other openings as you cannot place 12 tall growing plants in one section. They make you buy covers when I feel they should be supplied as part of the kit.
Having to buy the covers in order to start out caused an unnecessary delay.
Everything now seems to be growing properly. The salads are absolutely amazing. I am having a little trouble with the tomatoes as they keep burning off. I think it might be having the lighting too close.

What a Nightmare. Horrible Product
I bought the 24XL in October. Arrived in November, 1/2 the lights didnt work. Shipped another array - still nothing. Determined it was the main control panel. Received a replacement early January. Had to take the entire thing apart and rebuild it. Now the lights work but dont go up or down. So useless for the purpose. And now they want me to pack the whole thing up and send it back. Who is supposed to pay for boxes to pack this? What about the 17 plants that I’ve already paid for and planted? This is a sub-quality product and the support has been completely disappointing

Not Happy
Read the reviews on this model but took a chance anyway. Around day 6, display had lines going across. Couple days later, display was un-readable. Next day the display was dead. Contacted customer support on first day of display acting up and took 10 days to receive replacement. Both gardens are dead cause of no lights nor water being pumped. The aerogarden was not even two weeks old. I can't express enough how disappointed I am after spending that kind of money! One would expect at least a year trouble free!

It was the thought that counted...
I got in March to use for the summer. I ended up traveling for work and didn't get to open it until July. One side of the light didn't go down. They sent me a replacement top, which took 4 weeks to come. It was sent two day expediated once they did ship it. Got it and low and behold, this one doesn't work either! So the left side goes up and down but the right is stuck in the up position. Then send ANOTHER top. I do get that one a week later.
And here we are with yet another failing lid. Same exact thing! So I email, and NOT a word a week later. I have a full unit and TWO extra tops that dont work!

Can each light be controlled independently? For example, if I want one to go off at 6pm and the other to go off at 12am, is that an option?

What is the best system for growing peppers and tomatoes
We do recommend growing fewer pods than the garden can hold to give each individual plant more space to grow. Tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants require a lot of space, water, and plant food. If too many are planted, the amount of fruit to harvest may be lower. Overcrowded plants will have a harder time producing fruit.
For more bountiful harvests, we recommend the following: Sprout gardens- 1 pod of Tomatoes or Peppers. No Tall Garden Kits.
Harvest gardens - 2 pods of Tomatoes or Peppers. No Tall Garden Kits. Bounty gardens- At most, 4 pods of Tomatoes or Peppers or Eggplants. 2 pods of the Tall Garden Kits. Farm gardens- 4 pods of Tomatoes or Peppers or Eggplants. 3 pods of the Tall Garden Kits.

How does one get a replacement 60W light for this unit? None are listed on the AG website - which is odd given pumps are listed yet the light panels (or LEDs) are not?
