WHAT IF MY PLANT OR POT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your plant arrives damaged or shows signs of stress, please reach out to customer service within 14 days of shipment. A Greendigs customer service representative will walk you through a quick revival process (sometimes plants need a little jump start after being in transit for a few days). If your plant does not bounce back and start to show signs of revival within seven days, we will replace your plant, free of charge (including shipping). If your container or container tray arrives damaged, please reach out to customer service within 14 days of shipment and we will make it right. We will replace your container or container tray, free of charge.

WHAT IF MY PLANT IS STRUGGLING AFTER IT ARRIVES?

It is not unusual for plants to need a little TLC after shipping. If your plant arrives damaged or shows signs of stress, please reach out to customer service within 14 days of shipment. A Greendigs customer service representative will walk you through a quick revival process.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We are happy to make right any Greendigs product that arrives damaged but we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

WHY DOES MY PLANT LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE ONLINE?

All living plants grow differently, so there may be some variation in size and color.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All orders over $75 receive free shipping. If your order is under $75, there will be a $12 standard shipping rate applied to your order.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Our standard shipping time frame is between 5-10 business days.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

If you created a Greendigs account, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account on the website. Or please feel free to reach out to a Greendigs customer service representative at any time to check the status of your order.

CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

Not at this time. We currently offer a standard shipping time-frame of 5-10 business days.

IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PLANTS, WILL THEY SHIP SEPARATELY?

Yes. Our plant collections ship one per box. If you order multiple plant collections, they will arrive in separate boxes. Additionally if you order a plant collection as well as one of our accessory items, those items will ship separately.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to the contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO WHEN MY PLANT ARRIVES?

Take your plant out of the packaging as soon as it arrives. Refer to the Greendigs care card, included with every plant collection, for step by step instructions on how to welcome your plant home.

WHERE DO I FIND CARE TIPS FOR MY PLANT?

Included with every plant collection is a detailed care card with care tips specific to the plant you ordered.

DOES MY PLANT COME POTTED?

Yes! The plant you ordered arrives potted with premium potting mix in the container you selected, making it easier than ever to welcome your plant home.
