WHAT IF MY PLANT OR POT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your plant arrives damaged or shows signs of stress, please reach out to customer service within 14 days of shipment. A Greendigs customer service representative will walk you through a quick revival process (sometimes plants need a little jump start after being in transit for a few days). If your plant does not bounce back and start to show signs of revival within seven days, we will replace your plant, free of charge (including shipping). If your container or container tray arrives damaged, please reach out to customer service within 14 days of shipment and we will make it right. We will replace your container or container tray, free of charge.
