Roasted Carrots w/ Brown Butter Garlic Honey
You can't go wrong with this classic side dish!

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb organic baby carrots or whole carrots
Pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 tablespoon locally sourced honey
1 teaspoon chopped thyme or parsley from your AeroGarden
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- In an oven-safe skillet, melt the butter on medium heat until it starts to turn golden brown. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then add the carrots. Stir, then add the salt, pepper, honey and herbs and stir until carrots are evenly coated.
- Transfer the skillet into the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes or until the carrots become tender.
