How do AeroGardens work?
How do I prune Lettuce/Salads?
Lettuce is one of the fastest-growing indoor crops and it's a staple. Who doesn't love to be healthy with delicious home-grown lettuce, or add a fresh leaf of romaine on their sandwich, or a salad of tasty arugula? And with AeroGarden, you can enjoy delicious Spring greens all throughout fall and winter! As a general rule, never prune more than ⅓ of any plant at once.
How long will it take my plants to germinate?
Different types of plants take different amounts of time to germinate and grow. In general, we’ve found these germination timeframes to be consistent: Flowers take about 7-12 days Salads: 5-8 days Herbs: 5-15 days Fruiting vegetables (such as tomatoes and peppers): 7-14 days If any of your seed pods don’t germinate after 21 days, contact us so we can send out a replacement for you under our 100% germination guarantee.
How do I clean my AeroGarden before starting a new garden?
After each planting, we recommend cleaning and sanitizing your AeroGarden for the best results.

I love my two gardens, but have found that occasionally, one or two of the pods do not bud/grow. So, I have to throw them out. Last time I ordered 12 pod sets for my six pod gardens. Yesterday, I threw out two flower pods that were started two weeks ago as they weren't growing at all. Not happy about this.

Disappointing results
Disappointed that only about 1 in 3 bloom. Often the pods can be empty with no change or growth whatsoever. Some of the flowers were supposed to be apparent in 3-4 days- after 3weeks I would start with a new package. With the cost they have not been working any better than if you purchased the seeds and planted them. Wary of the cost to get the small number of flowers

Ordered 12 marigolds
I planted 6 of the 12 I ordered. 1 did not germinate. 2 germinated and died fairly quickly. three looked pretty healthy and i moved them outside. One died outside the next day :(. I submitted a request to replace the one that did not germinate but have not heard back.

Not such a good experience this time. 5 of 9 haven't started growing any and it has been 25 days. Also 1 of the 9 was shipped incorrectly so I started it anyway and that is one that hasn't grown.

Love my flower seeds!!
I purchased a variety of the flower seeds and they have all bloomed so far amazingly well (I have more seeds to grow)! I don’t have a green thumb at all and I am so amazed and thrilled seeing my garden grow! The only thing I am sad about is that I didn’t really know how to transplant the grown plants in soil so I am tending to my first batch. They are still alive and I have added fertilizer as well as the plant food from Aerogarden so I will hope to see they flourish once again.

This is my first set from purchase that comes with unit. Only cycling offered is 17 hours off light. I don’t want that again. You can send emails to state different growing patterns. No I will not recommend this product. It have setup instructions for the first growth but not when growing more items and how to grown already products into soil. Do better.

Just like all the rest of the pods, the flowers are also easy to grow amd maintain. As long as you pay attention and move, turn, and prune the flowers as directed, it’ll all grow beautifully. These flowers are quick growers. The colors are beautiful and vibrant! Definitely a ray of sunshine for your aerogarden!

Needed better planning.
Order took months to arrive, was told the custom kits take longer....flowers grew nicely, but probably should have planted slower growing plants before the quicker ones to give them a head start, as the fast growers blocked the light to the smaller plants and they stopped growing and died.

Not that pretty.
All three pods grew, but only one has flowered. It took four weeks to do so. The leaves must be trimmed constantly as they become very leggy. The flowers only open when the light is on! This was my first attempt at something pretty rather than edible.

Great, but watch the seed types.
I love my AeroGarden, and the pods are a fun way to grow plants indoors, but some of the flower pods i purchased have not grown. The Snapdragons are beautiful, and the Calendula the same, but neither of the two Coreopsis have grown at all.

Used all 9 pods in my 9 pod AeroGarden. They all came up but one. Feels it was too crowded. Next time, I will only plant 3 or 4 pods. May get another AeroGarden for more planting. Enjoy the blooming flowers.

Very disappointed. Only 4 out of 7 pods made it past seedling stage. I know I could ask for a replacement but by the time they arrive the other plants are too large and seedlings won't have enough light.
