Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact dense plant w/ thin skin, sweet &juicy frut I absolutely love these! I bought and planted them at the same time as red Mighty Minis tomatoes, and got to compare the two of them. Every single pod germinated. This is dwarf compact plant, it grew to 8-9 inches (vs appx 5-6 inches for Mighty Minis), and took longer to flower but once they started flowering they exploded. We have pollinated them using a small soft bristle paint brush, and then by gently shaking the plants, and it set a lot of little tomatoes. Once they are ripe they look like little bright smiley faces or suns in the plant! Then plant gets wide and dense quickly, some leaves curl under and grow into flower/bud clusters. At 50+ days I was pruning it a little bit at the time at least once a week to remove leaves that were growing into flower clusters and to "open up" the plant to allow air to flow. You definitely do not want to plant them in every hole in the Bounty, they do need space and you need to be able to get around/thru them to take care of them and to pick fruit. You might get away with 2 in a Harvest and Bounty, but they definitely need their personal space :) The fruit is bigger than Mighty Minis, with thinner skin, sweet, juicy and plump, but they do require a bit more patience than Minis. They take longer to ripen, but there is a lot more little tomatoes per each cluster. Be prepared to top off water often, once they mature they drink a lot of it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Golden DELIGHT! Tomatoes everywhere! Transplanted very well established seedling into square-foot-raised-garden, within a 2 square-foot-block. This plant has exceeded all expectations, expanding into a total of a 4-square-foot-block, needing supports and trellising! Well over 175 tomatoes from ONE plant and only the end of July (zone 5a). Yellow tomatoes have always been my favorite and these are quite fabulous. YES, highly recommend and WILL but again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love The Color! Very easy to grow and harvest! Keep up with feedings, prune plants (makes them more healthy). I keep my plants trimmed two inches away from grow lights. Put a fan on them or shake them for pollination. If you don’t have good success with these plants you did not do one of the above. If a plant does not germinate you just call AeroGarden and they will send them to you at no charge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Golden Harvest Cherry Tomatoes According to my Aerogarden, these plants have been growing for 70 days. I've been playing like a bee and poking the open blossoms with a tiny paintbrush. Because I thought the plants might be aggressive spreaders, I filled only 4 of the 6 openings in the Aerogarden, putting tape over the other two openings to help prevent evaporation. My 4 plants are covered with tomatoes now; I guess I'm a pretty good bee! I'm not sure why one of the reviewers had so much trouble with his tomatoes not setting fruit. My only question is, when will they be ready to harvest? The largest ones are about 1" diameter, but they're all still green.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent taste, bountiful harvest After noticing some of the negative/low star comments, I felt compelled to give a review of these terrific tomatoes. These and the heirloom red cherry varieties were amazing for us this year. I almost wish they would stop producing so we could start another round of seeds, lol. I grew them in Harvest planters, provided nutrients as directed (every 2 weeks), kept water pretty much where it should be (after the plants get big it is amazing to see how much water they need, and the "needs water light did go on a few times so it did get a little low sometimes), got tons of flowers (which we self pollinated with a dry rotating toothbrush because we had misplaced our fancy 'bee' pollinator -- it was cool to see the 'dust' come out of the flowers), and got handfuls of tomatoes as shown in their photos. We made make-shift bands to hold up the longer stems. When multiple seeds grew initially, I was able to separate them early into new plants instead of simply composting them -- score! The Heirloom Red Cherry tomatoes were bountiful and wonderful as well. This all said, I would suggest passing on a third type of tomato for now, the Mighty Mini Red Cherry. The few I tried were terribly stunted and the fruit was not nearly as bountiful nor tomato-like (big, plump, juicy) as the other two varieties mentioned above. In looking at the Mighty Mini collar/name tag, it says they are supposed to be 'medium' height and many reviews are positive so I need to give them another try.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great! All of these sprouted at least 2-3 seedlings per pod in less than the time advertised. I have thinned them out, and added food as required. The kids and I are impressed with how fast these have been growing. I am confident that these are good seeds and plants without confirming that I get a harvest. If I do not happen to get a harvest now that they're growing so good, I will assume that I did something wrong. 5 Stars!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Taste great, when they actually sprout. These are sweeter than the red tomatoes, and with a thinner skin. Unfortunately my germination rate for these is only running about 1 in 3. I am experienced Aero gardener. Never had so much trouble with anything else, including seeds I purchased elsewhere and used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely buy I used 3 to start, and all 3 sprouted within 3 days. (7-14 days is how long aerogarden said it would take)everything is growing amazingly.

Are the seed pods pkg with 2023 seeds?

Asked by: Sandy
The current seed pods may have been packaged in 2022. We guarantee germination for 1 year from the date of purchase of the seed pod kit. However, typically the seeds remain viable for 2 years if stored properly.
