Plus, results can be achieved by someone who has never lawned before (yes, we said "lawned"). Our easy-to-follow instructions take all of the guesswork out of lawn care. For existing lawns, all you need to do is mow and loosen the top layer of soil, evenly apply the seed with a spreader, lightly rake the newly-spread seed into the top layer of soil, then water daily until the baby seed grows 2-inches tall. Follow those same steps if you're starting a new lawn, minus the mowing. It's that easy. One bag of product covers up to 4,000 sq. ft. (existing lawns) and 1,330 sq. ft. (new lawns).
