Order and Cancellation Policy

ORDER STATUS

  • Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • If you need any help with your order confirmation or tracking information please contact us and we'll be happy to help you.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted to our fulfillment center but we will do our best to help you prior to that.

CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGES

  • Once an order is submitted to our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel or make adjustments to it. Please be sure to review all order information before submitting your order.
  • Orders may be canceled up until they submitted to our fulfillment center. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment center, you will be subject to the terms of our Return Policy below.

PROMOTIONS

  • Please note that all Free Shipping promotions only apply to orders within the Lower 48 Contiguous United States.
  • Sometimes we discount individual items so we can provide you with the very best value. We also run several different promotions at any given time. We reserve the right to exclude these already discounted items and other promotions that are running from being combined with other special offers, coupon codes or promotions.

SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION

  • Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Orders cannot be canceled once they are sent to our fulfillment center.
  • Orders are processed for shipment within 2 business days, based on in-stock availability. Transit times listed on our website are in addition to this order processing time.
  • Promotional shipping rates apply to shipments made within the 48 contiguous United States. 
  • Shipping rates to Alaska are not eligible for free shipping promotions. 
  • P.O. Box deliveries will not be accepted at this time. If you enter a P.O. Box into the shipping address there is high likelihood your order will be returned as undeliverable.
  • All orders placed through this Website are subject to AeroGarden's acceptance. AeroGarden may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your payment method has already been charged for an order that is later canceled, AeroGarden shall issue you a refund.
  • APO/FPO/AE - We are no longer able to accept orders shipping to Military addresses, Puerto Rico or Guam.
  • We are no longer able to accept orders shipping to Canada. Please visit amazon.ca, costco.ca, canadiantire.ca, KENT or BMR for your favorite AeroGarden products.
  • Shipping rates to Canada are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for Seed Pod replacement orders to arrive.
  • Prices are listed in USD.

RETURNS

  • We want you to love what you ordered. But if you're not satisfied with your AeroGarden purchase for any reason you may return your items for a refund within 30 days – no questions asked.
  • We also guarantee that your seeds will germinate. If for any reason they don't, we will replace your seed pods free of charge. 
  • Simply Contact us to arrange for a merchandise return or for questions related to our quality guarantee. In order to ensure a seamless return process, we ask that you not send any products back without contacting us first. C.O.D. shipments will be refused.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • Due to continuing improvements, the actual product may differ slightly from the product described herein.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
  • If your plant arrives damaged or shows signs of stress, please reach out to customer service within 14 days after shipment. A customer service representative will walk you through a quick revival process (sometimes plants need a little jump start after being in transit for a few days). If your plant does not bounce back and start to show signs of revival within 7 days after the revival process, we will replace your plant, free of charge (including shipping).
