We’re sorry you’re having trouble with your AeroGarden. Don’t worry - we’ll have you growing again in no time! All of our products are backed by a one-year warranty - we will just need a little bit of information to assist you better.
We want you to love what you ordered, but if you're not satisfied with your AeroGarden purchase for any reason you may return your items for a refund within 30 days, no questions asked. (You will only need to cover the cost of return shipping.)
