Thanksgiving is right around the corner and it’s just about that time to start growing your treasured Thanksgiving herbs! That’s right, get excited to smell pies baking in the kitchen, the aromas of thyme, rosemary, and other holiday classics that create your assemblage of recipes. Here’s a sweet and savory recipe to start you off!

Ingredients
— Toasted Bread – round loaf or rustic bread
— Cooking spray
— 1 wheel of brie
— 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
— 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Peel or slice off the top rind of the brie and place on the baking sheet. Add the cranberry sauce on top and sprinkle with thyme. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- sprinkle with more fresh herbs, slice and toast your bread of choice, and serve immediately while cheese is melty.
