Roasted Carrots w/ Brown Butter Garlic Honey

You can't go wrong with this classic side dish!

Looking for Thanksgiving side dish ideas? Here’s a great one. Healthy, quick, easy, and you can use some of your AeroGarden grown herbs! 


2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 lb organic baby carrots or whole carrots

Pinch of salt and pepper

1/2 tablespoon locally sourced honey

1 teaspoon chopped thyme or parsley from your AeroGarden


  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. In an oven-safe skillet, melt the butter on medium heat until it starts to turn golden brown. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then add the carrots. Stir, then add the salt, pepper, honey and herbs and stir until carrots are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the skillet into the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes or until the carrots become tender.
