you need is the following:
- Order number
- The email you used to place the order
- Billing zip code.

We’re sorry you’re having trouble with your AeroGarden. Don’t worry - we’ll have you
growing again in no time! All of our products are backed by a one-year warranty - we
will just need a little bit of information to assist you better.
- Model number: This can be found on the bottom of your AeroGarden. (If you
have a Farm, it is underneath the light hood.)
- What’s keeping you from growing: Describe the trouble you’re
experiencing, along with any troubleshooting you’ve tried on your own and when
the problem started.
- What’s growing: if you have a harvest planted, please let us know which
seed pods you'll need to restart your garden.
We want you to love what you ordered, but if you're not satisfied with your
AeroGarden purchase for any reason you may return your items for a refund within 30
days, no questions asked. (You will only need to cover the cost of return shipping.)
