This Mint Mojito is the drink of the summertime. It is crisp and refreshing, making it perfect for cooling down by the pool. Pick some mint leaves from your AeroGarden and use as many (or as little) as you want to control the flavor! You can even add some fruit or additional herbs like basil. Cheers!
- 8 to 10 mint leaves
- 2 oz. rum
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
- Gently muddle the mint leaves, then add in the rum.
- Put some crushed ice in the tin and mix it up.
- Pour in the simple syrup and fresh lime juice, then add more ice. Mix it up once more.
- Strain into glass and garnish with mint.
