Tangy and fresh. That's how we would describe this Basil Gimlet. It is the perfect drink to offer at a classy summer get-together. Not only does it taste delicious, but it is also incredibly easy to use basil grown in your AeroGarden.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 to 5 basil leaves
- 2 oz. vodka or gin
- ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Muddle basil leaves in your mixing tin.
- Pour in the vodka or gin, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Add ice, shake it up, and double strain into glass.
- Garnish with more basil leaves.
