Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Add the kale, banana, blackberries, blueberries, oats, ginger, and chia seeds to a resealable container. Cover and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
