Grilled Corn with Herbed Butter

Fresh AeroGarden herbs in your butter make the corn irresistible!

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) room temperature butter
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs grown in your AeroGarden (such as chives, basil and/or flat-leaf parsley)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 8 ears corn, shucked


  • Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Mix butter, herbs, salt, pepper, and cayenne into a small bowl and set aside.
  • Grill corn, turning often, until tender and charred in spots, 5-8 minutes.
  • Transfer to a large platter coat with herbed butter.
