INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) room temperature butter
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs grown in your AeroGarden (such as chives, basil and/or flat-leaf parsley)
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- 8 ears corn, shucked
PREPARATION
- Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Mix butter, herbs, salt, pepper, and cayenne into a small bowl and set aside.
- Grill corn, turning often, until tender and charred in spots, 5-8 minutes.
- Transfer to a large platter coat with herbed butter.
